Remember how...

Remember this wonderful and organized collection of beads I showed you a while back? Well here's what it looks like today... I knew this day would come... I guess I was just hoping it wouldn't. Do you know how long it takes to separate out ALL of those beads???

Oh and look what else happened. At least the pen was mostly on her and NOT on my furniture like I was expecting it to be.

Awww the joys of motherhood.

It's sure a good thing that this cute face can usually make up for all she does

And Yes that is about half a roll of toilet paper wrapped around her body.

ABC's... easy as 123!

So my friend Megan and her friend have been doing a weekly photo challenge where every week they choose something different they have to photograph. This past week they started the alphabet challenge where they have to find something (whether it be in nature or around that house) that looks like the different letters of the alphabet. They do 1 letter a day. I have been completely intrigued by the pictures she has come up with. SO... I decided I wanted to join in on the fun. Today Kaylyn and I took our girls and drove ALL around Cache Valley to find our letters. I ended up finding the whole alphabet! Some are definitely better then others (it's still a work in progress) but I wanted to have the complete alphabet. This challenge really was fun so if you are up for it, I challenge you to try it too! Thanks for the fun idea Megan!!!

And just for fun, here is a key as to what each object is...

A- a mail box that had fallen over B- Retaining wall cinder blocks C- a metal frame D- playground equipment E- side of a charcoal grill F- a fence G- a handicap parking space H- rock on the outside of a house I- baseball diamond pitcher's mound J- drinking fountain spout K- a tree L- a drinking fountain M- my temporary fill in until I find a better letter m N- an old barn I flipped on its side O- a cement circle P- playground equipment Q- a flag pole with the rope tied around it R- a mailbox S- an old farm ground tiller T- a wood pole U- a horse shoe print in the dirt V- a stained glass window W- this one was sort of staged, it is the banana shaped seed things that fall off of trees X- a fence with twine on it Y- a tree Z- parking lot paint and these last 3 were just extras S- another mailbox 0- an old metal barrel U- a swing set upside down

Help! I'm loosing my mind!

Ok so I am SuPeR frustrated right now because I can not find Madison's Claratin AnYwHeRe and I know we had it 2 days ago! I was cleaning out the medicine drawer the other day and I know I emptied out some old bottles of Claratin that had either expired or were basically empty. I just got a new bottle 2 months ago and had only used it twice. I thought that maybe I had accidentally emptied it as well and then thrown it away but I just went through my trash can ThReE different times and the new bottle was not in there. I have searched HIGH and low and can't seem to find it anywhere. I've looked under our dressers and our bed, in all of my dresser drawers (since the top drawer is our medicine drawer), in all of our laundry baskets and toy chests and pretty much any where else you can imagine.
WHERE ON EARTH COULD IT BE???
If this is any clue as to what this pregnancy is going to be like for me I am in big trouble.
Tonight is going to be another REALLY long night for all of us if I can't find the medicine.

If anyone has any suggestions as to where I should look, PLEASE let me know!

Pregnancy Info

Everyone asked for more details about my pregnancy and now I am finally getting around to filling you all in. I am about 11 or 12 weeks along (depending on how you choose to look at it) and am actually starting to feel A LOT better then I was. I was feeling really sick in the beginning and felt like an awful mother because all I could do was lay on the couch all day and let Madison run around and play. Keep your fingers crossed for me that the end is in sight! We went to the doctor a few weeks ago when I should have been about 10 weeks along but the baby was measuring a little bit small so the doctor moved my due date from October 29th, to November 4th. I'm still holding out hope for the end of October though.

We have been wanting to have another baby for quite a while now but were really hoping that we could find a new job before we got pregnant again. But with the economy the way it is right now we decided that we no longer wanted to put off having another baby. So... sorry if I may have "mislead" some of you into thinking it wouldn't be happening any time soon or even better if I flat out Lied to you when you asked me if I was pregnant. We were trying really hard to keep it a secret for as long as possible but between me being so sick and my stomach already starting to grow we knew we couldn't keep it a secret much longer. So there you have it.

And since I don't like posting without pictures, here are a few pictures from our Hall family Easter party.

Secret

Shhh it's a secret but I'm going to be a BiG sIsTer!!!!!

Easter came early again

We got to celebrate Easter with Karl's family today. We had way too much fun and made out with quite the stash of goodies. Karl's family has a tradition where they make a huge pile of Easter favorites out in the middle of the table and then we take turns choosing one item at a time until there is nothing left in the middle. This year they not only included yummy treats but also lots of silly fun toys- not just for the little ones. Madison really enjoyed everything she got.
This is Madison trying to get a head start on all the funAnd this is Maddie after she got caught.
She even got some fun side walk chalk and it was actually warm enough to go out and use it. She loved being traced by Nanna and threw quite the tantrum when we made her come back in the house...
